PERSONAL PHONE USE POLICY

Below you will find 3 simple policies around the use of your personal phone while on the clock at the Group Plan Commission (GPC).

We know this is a tool we rely on in our day to day life and work.

Not sure about something in regards to using your cell on the job? Just ask!


  • Personal cell phone calls and texting are NOT permitted while you are working, unless it is a personal emergency or a work-related call.

  • Headphones or ear buds are NOT permitted to be worn at any time while working.

  • The use of the office phone for limited personal calls is permissible, but not for personal long-distance calls.
