PHOTO ID BADGE

When you come on board, a staff member will take a head shot photo to submit to receive a official badge that will grant you access to necessary spaces for your role. You are responsible to keep track of this ID Badge.

If it is lost or stolen, your supervisor needs to be contacted immediately.
