The equipment in the Group Plan Commission office space is for business use only and NOT for personal use.
The computers are not to be used to check personal email or scan the Internet.
Office supplies (legal pads, copy paper, pens, pencils, hi-lighters, and similar items) are for Group Plan Commission office use only.
The copy machine is not to be used for personal copies at your discretion. Limited copies are permitted when your supervisor provides permission to utilize the copier.
