Celebrate National Superhero Day on Friday, April 28, 2023.
DUE TO RAIN THIS EVENT IS MOVED INSIDE TOWER CITY CENTER!
From 5:30-8:30pm The Superhero Project will take over Tower City and transform it into the land of Superheroes.
Meet your favorite superhero characters from Super Heroes to Kids in Ohio* and grab a photo with them in YOUR best superhero pose!
There will also be a free book giveaway courtesy of the Kids’ Book Bank, face painting, crafts, pizza, cupcakes and more!
At 7:30pm the Terminal Tower will light up in orange and purple as a tribute to The Superhero Project kids and their families.
The Superhero Project is a nonprofit organization that pairs illustrators with children who have terminal illness, disabilities, or other long term health complications. The artists volunteer to create a Power Poster, illustrating the child as a superhero based on information from an interview with the child and their family.
