Yoga on the Green is coming back to Public Square beginning Wednesday, May 8 with Namaste Yoga Studio and Shoppe. Everyone is invited to attend FREE weekly yoga sessions happening every Wednesday at 5:30, and every Sunday morning at 10am. The sessions are led by trained yoga instructors and the program promotes healthy living and relaxation. Stop by with your friends and learn different yoga styles.
