Before joining the Public Square team, he worked for 15 years in the local news industry. During his time at WKYC in Cleveland, he led the team to record breaking audience growth, as well as multiple innovative content and product launches.
His efforts have been recognized with a regional Emmy Award, and eight Ohio Excellence in Journalism awards, some of which include best online storytelling in Ohio, and best television website.
