The last Sunday class of each month is presented by BROWNS FIT and is a special combination class POUND® X Yoga! In partnership with the Cleveland Browns, Browns Fit created a one-of-a-kind facility that offers members the opportunity to train and recover like the pros!

Browns Fit instructor Melissa Albers attributes outdoor workouts to keeping up her creativity during quarantine. She enjoyed getting out, getting fresh air and getting the best of both worlds at the lake as well as beautiful downtown Cleveland structures. Yoga on the Green Presented by Browns Fit provides this scenic outdoor exercise experience.

POUND®: Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

YOGA: Yoga Rx is a prescription for a body that moves well and feels good. This flow class is a fusion of yoga poses designed to promote alignment, balance, flexibility, and stress relief. This class targets the spots that tend to tighten in athletes and will help keep you at the top of your game.

Yoga on The Green happens every Wednesday evening and Sunday morning from MAY 19 - SEPTEMBER 26. Our yoga sessions are family-friendly and designed for all skill levels.
